One of the highlights of our community of faith at St. Paul is to take time to join together in worship weekly. We gather each week on Saturday at 5:30 and Sunday at 8:00am and 10:30am to praise God, for fellowship with one another, and to be encouraged in our lives as followers of Jesus.

We believe worship is not just an opportunity for us to give thanks and praise to God, but also for God to give to us the gift of his Word, both spoken and in the gifts of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper. Whether you have been “in church” your whole life or are considering coming for the first time, we hope that each week in worship you will witness a group of people pursuing an authentic relationship with Jesus as their Savior.

Holy Week & Easter 2017

Join us this week at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Harlingen TX as we celebrate Jesus and remember that events that happened some 2,000 years ago in Jerusalem still matter today!

On Maundy Thursday we remember the Last Supper that Jesus shared with His disciples in a truly exciting way. Enjoy a Living Last Supper, as actors set the scene with some of the feelings, thoughts, and emotions that that could have been a part of the night almost 2,000 years ago . Service is at April 13th at 7 PM

A powerful service of gradual darkness and remembrance of the ultimate and perfect sacrifice of Jesus. Two service times this year provide more opportunities to experience one of the most stirring and dramatic worship services of the year. April 14th Noon & 7PM

We gather by candlelight to celebrate God’s gift of Baptism and new life secured for us by Jesus, in this first celebration of Easter. We join in the feast of Holy Communion, assured that because Jesus lives, our sins are forgiven.
