Carla has been working in childcare since she graduated high school! She has always had a passion for teaching young children and watching them grow. She was born and raised in Harlingen, TX but
moved to San Antonio soon after high school where she lived for for 10 years. During her time there she went to school at San Antonio College where I obtained my Associates of Applied Science in Early Childhood Studies. I moved back to Harlingen in 2011 and began working at Great Beginnings as the assistant in the toddler room.  She loves working with young children, because not only do you
teach them, but they also teach you so much. Carla became our Great Beginnings Director in March 2018. Carla is married and has three children of her own, two boys and a girl. She enjoys fishing and spending time with my family and friends. She love being able to touch the lives of so many while sharing the love of Jesus.
